Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement for Inverroche Distillery is powered by TermsFeed.


Laurenskirk (Pty) Ltd t/a Inverroche Distillery, Registration Number: 2015/424426/07 (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Inverroche Distillery”) is a promoter of live entertainment events (“Event”, “Events”). Tickets (“Tickets”) for Events are sold by Inverroche Distillery to purchasers through our website: https://inverroche.events (“Inverroche Events”). By purchasing and/or holding and/or being in possession of a Ticket or Tickets and/or Inverroche Branded Liquor, the holder of the Ticket or alcoholic beverage (“Purchaser”, “you”, “your”) agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”). Visiting, accessing, using and purchasing from https://inverroche.events website or taking any action whatsoever on this domain is seen as making use of our (the “Service”) operated by Inverroche Distillery and in doing so you are automatically agreeing to the Terms. By creating an (“Account”) you are entering and submitting your personal information to us and creating a (“Profile”) which will act as your virtual representative. (“Company Charges”) means the charges for the use of services provided by the Company. (“VAT”) means Value Added Tax, calculated at the ruling rate, currently 15% (fifteen percent); (“Venue”) means the theatre, cinema, arena, bus or place at which an Event is to take place; (“Payment Gateway”) means PayFast Services that transmits data and customers information.


When you create an Account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account via email correspondence to distillery@inverroche.co.za.

Links To Other Web Sites Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Inverroche Distillery. Inverroche Distillery has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Inverroche Distillery shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

A Ticket does not afford the Ticket holder the right to transport to the Venue, or parking, or merchandise, or any food or beverages at the Venue, unless otherwise stated. Other independent service providers might render services relating to transport, parking, merchandise, food or beverages at the Venue and in such circumstances, the terms and conditions of such service providers will apply between it and persons who make use of such products or services.

Tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale or exchanged (including on-line auction sites) or used for commercial purposes including advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (such as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of Inverroche Distillery in advance. If this condition is breached the Ticket may be cancelled without refund or compensation and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused entry or removed from the Venue.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Delivery Policy

When a Purchaser has made a transaction through Inverroche Events it will be subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 8 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. In the event of a delivery the Purchaser will need to furnish Inverroche Distillery with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times in order to action the delivery process.

Export Restriction

The offering on this website is only available to you while you are in South Africa.

No Sales to Person/s Under the Age of 18

Inverroche Distillery & Inverroche Events will not sell any service or product to any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age (Identity document / passport).


Inverroche Distillery shall take all reasonable measures to accurately reflect the description, availability and purchase price of Services on Inverroche Events. Should however there be any errors, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, other than to refund you for any amount already paid.

Inverroche Distillery shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Right of Admission

We reserve the right of Admission based on the discretion of Inverroche Distillery. We may inhibit access to the venue immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your purchase of and return your Ticket(s) at any time prior to the scheduled date of the Event to which the Ticket(s) apply by contacting the Inverroche Distillery and arranging such cancellation and return, subject to the following:

If you qualify as a “Consumer” as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008:

In the event that the event has been cancelled by Inverroche Distillery on behalf of Inverroche Events.

No refund shall be issued in respect of a cancelled purchase unless the original Ticket(s) are returned and the correct details of the purchaser is provided for said refund.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that the aforementioned cancellation constitute reasonable charges as contemplated in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Notwithstanding the above, if you can provide us with proof that the person for whom, or whose benefit a Ticket was purchased will not be able to attend the Event because of his or her death or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of that Ticket.

No refund requests submitted after the event date will be accepted.

Your purchase of Tickets is subject to our right to cancel or reschedule an Event at any time, or to alter or vary the programme of an Event, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we alter or vary the programme of an Event, we shall not be obligated to refund any Ticket monies or exchange your Tickets. Please note that if an opening act or guest artist is changed or cancelled, the event is not considered cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Neither we, Inverroche Distillery, Inverroche Events nor any other person shall have any liability to you to refund the purchase price of a Ticket in circumstances where an Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an Event is rescheduled or cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible thereof (including notifying you of the details of any rescheduled Event) by publishing the details of the rescheduled or cancelled Event, as the case may be, on Inverroche Events located at the domain name https://inverroche.events and by e-mail to the contact details which you provide at the time of the purchase of Tickets. It is therefore important that you provide the Inverroche Events with your correct contact details at the time of the purchase of Tickets and thereafter if such details were to change. If the Event is to be rescheduled, you will be offered a Ticket for the rescheduled performance of the Event (subject to availability and you having provided us with correct contact details). Should you not wish to attend such a rescheduled performance of the Event, you will be required, for purposes of safety and security planning in respect of the Event, to notify the Inverroche Distillery through which you purchased your ticket, or alternatively distillery@inverroche.co.za, of your intention to not attend that Event. You may give such notification by way of e-mail which notification must be received by the date published on Inverroche Distillery and by e-mail. Should you give notification as stated above or if the Event is not rescheduled, you shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Ticket.

The following restrictions will apply to your attendance at an Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being ejected from the Venue:

Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected of all persons attending an Event and persons deemed to be behaving in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable in the opinion of Inverroche Distillery or its agents or contractors, will be refused admission and/or removed from the Venue with no refund on the Ticket. Activities such as ‘stage diving’, ‘moshing’, ‘climbing’ and ‘crowd surfing’ are strictly prohibited for your own safety.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, we reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit of a Venue, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event or to other patrons or that are in breach of the Terms and/or to refuse admission and/or to refund the Ticket face value if we have reasonable grounds to do so.

Ticket holders may be ejected from the Venue if, in the reasonable opinion of Inverroche Distillery or its agents or any contractors appointed by Inverroche Distillery, or the Venue, the Ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples include being (or appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched or in breach of any of these Terms or the terms and conditions of the Venue.

There are to be no pass-outs or re-admissions after you exit the gates of a Venue (after entry) and you will not be permitted to re-enter the Venue.

The following items are not permitted to be brought into a Venue:

Glass bottles or containers or other heavy and/or sharp objects, which could potentially be used as projectiles (excluding sunglasses, binoculars and prescription or reading glasses)

Any illegal drugs

Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bicycles

Knives, weapons of any nature or fireworks

Any object that could be used to distract, hinder or interfere with any performer, including laser pointers and flashlights

Flags with poles, large flags or banners that may obstruct the view of other patrons

Any whistle, horn, musical instrument, loud hailer, public address system or vuvuzela

Digital, electronic or other recording or broadcast device

Any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale or display for marketing or promotional purposes

No animals apart from authorised guide/assistance dogs

Any dangerous goods and any other items by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance

Professional cameras or video recorders

Umbrellas (unless there is an obvious threat of rain), in which case small umbrellas will be permitted but no golf or beach umbrellas

Braais or barbeques

Camping Chairs

Cooler Boxes

Food and refreshments (including soft drinks and alcohol).

Please note that in seated areas, other members of the audience may stand up during the Event.

Smoking is not permitted in the Venue.

The unauthorised use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited.

Efforts will be made to admit late comers at an appropriate break in the performance of the Event. Entry will not be permitted if it will disrupt the performance.

If you are a disabled person, you are requested to inform Inverroche Distillery and Inverroche Distillery, its agents and contractors will use their reasonable endeavours to accommodate and assist you at the Event, subject to their capacity to do so, and the confines and layout of the Venue facilities.

Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Venue. By purchasing Tickets and attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and that your name, voice and likeliness may be broadcasted, displayed or distributed (commercial or otherwise) without any compensation being paid to you.

You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to an Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, and you waive any claims for loss, damage, personal injury or death against Inverroche Distillery, the management of Inverroche Distillery, any agent of Inverroche Distillery, the performing artist(s), participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a Ticket.

Neither the Venue nor Inverroche Distillery can accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any personal property at an Event.

You bear the risk of inclement weather.

To the fullest extent possible in law, we do not accept liability for and you will have no claim in respect of:

any errors relating to the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the Venue; or the quality of the view from your seat or standing place; or the lack of or inadequacy of parking at the Venue; or any problems relating to the adequacy of traffic control to and from the Venue; or the lack of or inadequacy of food and beverages at the Venue; or the quality of sound and lighting at the Event; or the quality of any services provided by independent contractors at the Venue.

You agree and acknowledge that neither Inverroche Distillery nor Inverroche Events nor any of its agents have guaranteed or made any warranties or representations to you in relation to the accuracy of the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the Venue, the availability of parking at the Venue and/or the adequacy of traffic control to or from the Venue.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction that shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these Terms; or the legality, validity or enforceability in any other jurisdiction of that or any other provision of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the whole agreement between you and/or the Purchaser and Inverroche Distillery in respect of the subject matter hereof and no addition to or variation or novation of this agreement shall be of any force or effect, unless reduced to writing and signed by the above parties or their duly authorised representatives.

These Terms shall be governed by South African Law and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
